The Exceptions dialog lets you specify
exceptions to the start times. The scheduler first looks for any
exceptions on a given date before it looks for the start times for
scheduling. Make the necessary changes and click the OK button to
Select the date(s) from the calendar to apply this exception to. You can
select more than one day at a time by using the Ctrl and Shift keys
while you click on the days.
- Month combo box
Select the month here.
- Year combo box
Select the year here.
- All Types radio button
If this exception applies to all types of games, select this option.
- Season Game radio button
Select this option if the exception only applies to season games.
- Practice Game radio button
Select this option if the exception only applies to practice games.
- Tournament Game radio button
Select this option if the exception only applies to tournament
- Do not schedule today radio button
Select this option if the item shouldn't be scheduled today.
- Start games at radio button
Select this option if you want to specify a different start time for
the selected date(s) on the Calendar.
- Start Time combo box
Enter the new start time here.
- End At combo box
If available, select the end time here.
- OK button
Saves changes and closes the dialog box.
- Cancel button
Closes the dialog discarding changes.
This dialog is displayed by clicking selecting
Add Exception button on the Availability
and Start Times dialogs.
